Processing Timelines & Approvals

Any timelines we display (including "extra-fast" options) are estimates based on typical cases. Processing can be delayed by peak volumes, additional checks, holidays, or policy changes. Approvals, rejections, and requests for more information are solely determined by UAE authorities.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Before submission: If you cancel before we submit your application to the relevant authority, we can typically process a partial refund (less an admin/processing fee).
• After submission: Once your file is lodged or under review, fees are generally non-refundable as third-party costs have been incurred.
• Rejected applications: Government decisions are outside our control. Fees paid to authorities or for services already rendered are usually non-refundable.
